| WHO IS ELIGIBLE |
Interest Youth Must Be:
• A Rockdale County Resident (or homeless)
• 16-21 years old (some exception made for older youth)
• Low Income (Foster youth, AFDC, Food Stamps, TANF, or
meet poverty guidelines)
AND
Meet At Least Two (2) Barriers Listed Below:
• Low academic skill level (below 9th grade)
• School Drop-out
• Foster Child, Homeless, or a runaway
• Pregnant or have children
• Involved with the Juvenile Justice System (offender)
• Requires additional assistance to complete an educational
program or to obtain employment.
